We believe that health & fitness start with the way kids are brought up, and through these classes we hope that kids will stay involved with exercise for the rest of their lives.
We also believe that its best for kids to be exposed to as many sports and ways of moving early on, so that they at a later stage have a good foundation.
During our classes the kids get to climb, jump, run, carry, play games, wrestle and much more.
Getting used to being suspended in air and getting from one place to another in sorts of new ways.
Climbing is a real workout but also lots of fun

Balancing is incredibly important throughout life because not only does it make you feel safer, you run less of a risk of falling
To keep the kids engaged whilst teaching them to work together we play plenty of games during our classes.
Not only does it teach them that losing is a part of life, now they can actually incorporate all the skills they've learned
