Who is the person behind it all
Willem from Bear Training is not your typical personal trainer. Training with Willem is not just building muscle, fitness, and stamina but actually involves working at becoming a better human.
He is highly knowledgeable and really pushes you to your limits. Also, the exercises he gets you to do, will vary, so you will not get bored with the training.
